How We Started

Moombra Me@ts was born out of a deep passion for quality beef and a frustration with the rising costs and declining standards in the market.

The co-founders, Graziers Jesse & Rob and Andrew the meat enthusiast joined forces to bring something unique to the consumer. A true Paddock to Plate that inspired us being tired of paying premium prices for beef that didn’t meet their expectations in taste or quality.

They envisioned a better way to bring top-tier beef to the public—one that focused on ethical farming, superior animal welfare, and transparency with end product in mind.

Determined to turn this vision into reality, they set out to create a paddock-to-plate business that could deliver exceptional Brahman beef directly to consumers.


The journey began with the acquisition of prime grazing land along the picturesque Wivenhoe Lake which expanded the overall aggregate of our holdings. This location provided the perfect environment for breeding cattle, with excellent pastures and abundant fresh water.

Together, they built Moombra Me@ts from the ground up, focusing on every detail to ensure the highest standards were met.

From the careful raising of the cattle to the meticulous processing and packaging of the beef, Moombra Me@ts is committed to providing customers with delicious, nutritious beef at fair prices.
